A spiritual guide to the path of Siddha Yoga, Gurumayi teaches students to live in the awareness of the Inner Self, which allows them to transform and also transform the world in which they through\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/international.syda.org\/meditation\/\"><em>shaktipat<\/em><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0initiation, our meditation naturally deepens and brings us to our goal, Self-realization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meditation is the practice of directing attention inward.&nbsp;It invites us to discover the greatest mystery of existence: in our human form, we are also divine.&nbsp;When the mind calms down in meditation, we are irresistibly drawn to the presence of God within us, like bees to honey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There comes a time when words alone can no longer get us where we want to go.&nbsp;Through chanting, we combine music and sacred mantras to engage in dialogue with the divine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Singing is a natural way to align with the frequency of love.&nbsp;Sacred chanting combines singing voice and music with mantras, words and sounds that vibrate at the highest level of consciousness.&nbsp;The vibrations emanating from the repetition of the various names of God or the chanting of sacred texts in Sanskrit have a tangible effect on our innermost being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a
